I plan and execute generalist human resource functions to support the Private Client Services (PCS) group and our North America Distribution (NAD) organizations. I also provide general HR support to over 200 people across our five East Coast investment offices (New York, Atlanta, Chicago, DC, and Toronto). My responsibilities include onboarding new associates, SAP and SuccessFactors reporting, data analytics, organizational data management, I-9 verification, fingerprinting, terminations, partnering with the recruitment teams, managing mid-year review processes, and special projects. I coordinate with senior HR managers on associate relations, performance management, compensation recommendations, benefits, and training and development. I also provide leadership and oversight to the Cristo Rey intern program, training students and mentoring them throughout their internship.
