Hi there, I\'m Talia Jacqueline, a communications expert on a deeply rooted mission to change the way we communicate in business. About 10 years ago, when I was only 21 years old, I learned a critical lesson while building my second company: it doesn\'t matter how valuable you are if you don\'t know how to communicate it. It all started with a quest for an approach to trauma therapy that went beyond textbooks and into the real world. During my junior year of college, I went rogue, trained intensely through a renowned program in Vancouver, BC and built my own practice. But despite my talent and passion, my business was going nowhere. Like many business owners and founders, I struggled and stumbled through that notorious question we all know and dread: “What do you do?” And like so many, I answered with titles and labels that instantly landed on deaf ears and killed any chance for a meaningful conversation. Isn’t that the worst? When you have tremendous value but your words are the barrier to people seeing it, you look for answers! So that’s what I did. I studied the fascinating link between communication and business psychology and learned that to truly stand out, your message must be communicated with the right emotion, tonality and strategy. In short: Own Your Tone. And that’s where Visceral comes in. We’re all about training companies in the power of tone to master their communication. Our mission?
