ABOUT TALI REINER

As President of Security Properties Residential (SPR) and Managing Director of Security Properties, I serve in a dual capacity: leading the company’s in-house management firm while also helping to guide the broader direction of Security Properties as a member of the Investment Committee and the Board of Managers. This role allows me to balance day-to-day operational leadership with long-term strategic growth for the firm as a whole.At SPR, I am responsible for shaping strategy, operations, and performance across our multifamily portfolio, with oversight of property management operations, risk management, strategic planning, and company culture. My career includes, managing assets across 17 states, from Hawaii to Virginia including the District of Columbia; these experiences have provided me with valuable perspective on diverse markets, asset types, and operating environments.A cornerstone of my leadership philosophy is investing in people. I am dedicated to fostering the development and growth of team members, equipping them to deliver exceptional results, strengthen client partnerships, and advance their own careers in the industry. Beyond my role at Security Properties, I was the 2023 President of WMFHA Board of Directors and previously contributed as an executive board member of Housing Connector, a nonprofit dedicated to securing stable housing for individuals and families in need. These experiences reflect my broader commitment to advancing the multifamily industry and strengthening the communities we serve.
