Client Services Executive North America @Casme Network A Global Procurement Community

As a key member of CASME’s client services team, I take a dynamic role in proactively supporting our members from major global organizations to maximize the value they obtain from their annual subscription. By understanding and mapping the needs clients with our service portfolio, identifying and addressing any gaps, I provide exceptionally high levels of client service throughout North America and contribute to the achievement of the company’s annual business renewal goals.CASME is a Global Procurement Membership Network of more than 110 corporate procurement enterprises representing 15 industry sectors spread across the Americas, Asia, Australia and EMEA. CASME members belong to a global peer community benefiting from a variety of events and services that encourage interaction and involvement, generating front-line intelligence, analysis and benchmarking opportunities.
