I am a qualified Programme & Project Manager with extensive experience in delivery, change management and continuous improvement. I have an extensive track record of delivering projects on time and in budget. I am skilled in stakeholder management and thoroughly enjoy building strong working relationships with project resources and executive sponsors. I have experience in directly line managing & matrix managing a range of internal and external resources and working with stakeholders across the business. I am skilled in scoping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key projects and then managing their delivery to ensure they are impactful, timely, and within budget. I am also able to maintain clear and concise communication throughout the project life cycle and can influence others to secure cooperation or \'buy-in\' when necessary. I strive to achieve work of exceptional quality; and use my initiative and analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions that allow teams to work smarter and perform better.
