Manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for multiple closed-end private equity funds. • Oversee the quarter end / year end close process and cross-functional coordination with Corporate Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations teams.• Review of quarterly and annual reporting packages from the fund administrator for multiple private equity funds.• Review and approve expense accruals, management fee calculations, and carried interest waterfall models in line with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).• Coordinate with the deal teams, fund administrator and Investor Relations in reviewing and circulating the Capital Call / Distribution Notices to LPs.• Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits by ensuring audit readiness, organizing required documentation, and resolving any identified issues to ensure timely completion of audit.• Assist Investor Relations Team in addressing inquiries from LPs regarding their PCAPS, NAV Calculations, Capital Commitments, Capital Call and Distribution Notices.• Monitor, assess and implement new accounting pronouncements impacting the Funds under US GAAP and IFRS.• Review portfolio company valuation models prepared by the deal teams and assess for accuracy and reasonability.• Ensure timely submission of fund-level regulatory filings and compliance certifications.• Lead and participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives across the Finance function.• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, driving their development while cultivating a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
