Managing the UK Global Talent Attraction team - a team of 22 sourcing professionals that attract, engage and connect talent, I work with EY UK experienced hire recruitment leadership to support EY recruiting strategy by providing scalable resource to build high quality talent pipelines for experienced hire vacancies across Consulting; Tax and Law; Assurance; Strategy; EY Parthenon; and Core Business Services. My role involves supporting our off-shore sourcing team and UK Field leads to provide pipelines of talent that support diversity, career agility and quality of hire objectives. I work on strategic projects globally to optimise technology, talent insights, efficiency and candidate experience. Myself and my team of UK based field leads are a key link between the UK recruitment strategy and our Manilla based sourcing hub.
