As the Head of Talent Acquisition, I lead a team of outstanding recruitment and HR professionals while strategically partnering with Leadership to determine the correct staffing levels for our employee and contingent workforces including international hiring needs. In addition, I also lead the Executive search practice at Bronson where I both conduct executive searches myself or partner with key search firms to lead a white glove executive hiring process. This includes sourcing, attracting and hiring VP and C - Level executives and negotiating complex offers.
