At Manglovo Health, our Scientific Leadership Team drives the company’s scientific vision and innovation pipeline across all stages of research and development. Our work includes the development of novel oral nonsteroidal contraceptives and other transformative programs that aim to redefine standards of care in women’s health.In my leadership role, I oversee the entire interactive drug discovery process, encompassing compound design, synthesis, and detailed structure–activity relationship (SAR) analysis to optimize potency, selectivity, and pharmacokinetic performance. By integrating advanced in silico modeling and predictive analytics, we ensure data-driven decision-making at every stage, accelerating discovery and maximizing translational potential.Our multidisciplinary teams work in close collaboration, combining expertise in chemistry, biology, and pharmacology to advance promising candidates from concept to clinic. We guide in vitro and preclinical development, including pre-IND and IND-enabling programs, with an unwavering commitment to scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational precision.Through strategic partnerships with CROs and leading academic collaborators, Manglovo Health fosters a culture of innovation, integrity, and executional excellence. Accomplished scientific leader and medicinal chemist with over 25 years of experience across academia and the pharmaceutical industry, driving innovation in drug design, discovery, and translational research.
