ABOUT TALBOT WATERS
I am a Dean\'s List senior in the University of North Carolina’s Honors Carolina program, where I am a double-major in Peace, War, and Defense and Political Science, with a minor in History. Driven by a desire to contribute to the world, my primary focus is the intersection of national security, intelligence, law, and public policy.In addition to my coursework at UNC, I am an Honors Carolina Ambassador and a member of the Women in National Security and Habitat for Humanity clubs. I have previously served as a counterterrorism researcher studying the role of jihadist propaganda. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing and coaching field hockey, whitewater kayaking, and cheering for the Tar Heels.
