As an instructional designer, my process includes reviewing my client\'s content, re-structuring and re-writing it in a clear and organized manner as a storyboard. My learning content is engaging and easy for learners to follow. As an eLearning developer, I use the approved storyboard to design and develop the learning product, whether an eLearning module or a different deliverable, with high quality graphic design and accessible features.I am experienced using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.), Adobe Captivate, and more.Among my training clients: Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) Inc, Calian Group Ltd, LearnSphere, and Experteam Ltd.Working closely with these organizations, my deliverables included:1. High-level design documents (the content outline/blueprint/potential treatments for the content)2. For eLearning (Web-Based Training)- a written storyboard - a script for every slide including titles, on-screen text, narration text, instructions to the developers team (desired image descriptions, interactions and prompts, advancing automatically or by the user, etc.).3. For classroom training (Instructor-Led Training)- a leader guide to the instructor (what to say, what to do, what to show on screen, which activities to engage with the learners, etc.), a workbook for the participants, a presentation to show, etc.
