About Tala Abdo
As an encouraged and developing undergraduate student at Indiana University, I am perseverant, optimistic, and adaptable. Perseverant: I continue to grow my abilities everyday no matter the circumstance I am in. I take failure and quickly turn it into success even if a push out of my comfort zone is necessary. I realize that failure typically happens when you reach a point where you need to be uncomfortable. As a pre- law student I am in stance with a lot of competitors, I push beyond what a normal student does on the daily to increase my strengths. Optimistic: Focusing on the bad side of things is unnecessary for me and my projects which is why I always highlight the good. The good pushes me to grow, If I do not believe in myself I wont believe in my success and path to continue on to law school. Adaptable: Seeking change in college is huge, as a sophomore I am prone to that. I can adapt within any surrounding because I have moved so much. Multi-cultural diversity comes with adapting especially at Indiana University.
