About Tala Morales

I’m a full-cycle recruiting professional with experience in sourcing, recruiting and human resources. I have experience working both within the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical and Technology industries around the San Francisco Bay Area. I spend most my days as an innovative sourcer finding qualified candidates through multiple job platforms which includes an internal ATS. Through boolean searches, I source qualified candidates and set-up call\'s/GVC\'s with them in order to find a good fit. I also conduct in person or virtual interview prepping. Successes include keeping a high degree of offer acceptances and exceeding quarterly goals consistently. My previous work includes tech sourcing at the largest tech company in the world and managing teams in a fast paced environment. Colleagues know me as a hard worker who is highly creative with innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies. Someone who is trustworthy and reliable who gets the job done. I spend my time understanding my clients’ business first and work to source for qualified candidates. I can and often do work well alone, but I’m at my best when collaborating with my team and other colleagues. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California.
