Take care of yourself in between.I’m Tal’Meisha “Mei” Frontis, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHC-S) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) with over 5 years of experience. I work with people who are tired of performing, tired of carrying everything for everyone else, and finally ready to have a space of their own.I’m the founder of Keke’s Sunflower Garden Therapy & Counseling PLLC, a virtual private practice serving teens, adults, and other therapists across North Carolina.I specialize in mental health and addiction counseling, with a heart for helping folks who are: Living through grief, trauma, or transition Healing from people-pleasing, burnout, or family dysfunction In recovery or working to break generational cycles Helping professionals who are always the strong ones for everyone elseAnd more!
