ABOUT TAKUO FUKUDA
Takuo Fukuda is a designer and a researcher who is passionate about sparking people\'s creativity by designing tools, environments, and cultures. He is currently working at SYPartners, focuses on individual and organizational transformation, and designing immersive experiences to transform behavior.While pursuing his 2nd Master\'s degree at Design Program, Stanford University, he led an organizational design project sponsored by a multinational automaker and an art project with a partnership with a research institute of developmental psychology.Before coming to Stanford University, he was an interaction designer and a design researcher at a Japanese design consultancy. He worked in various industries, from automotive and energy infrastructure to home appliances, consumer electronics, and medical equipment.His fascination with fostering creative culture led to the co-founding of a design experiment laboratory in his firm and a fabrication laboratory in his local community.
