With over 10 years of software QA experience, I am a Lead Software QA Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where I lead, manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performance QA team. I hold the ICAgile Certified Professional certifications in Agile Fundamentals and DevOps, and I have a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering.I collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to deliver test plans, strategies, and reports that align with agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies, and I oversee QA environments and release cycles.    Lead, manage, mentor and inspire a high-performance QA team. Requirement analysis, test strategizing, test cycle planning, estimation, test plan creation and execution review. Enhanced and re-structured existing Automated Test Framework using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and Maven for FDA CTP Applications. Created a generic Data Driven Framework using Selenium WebDriver and Microsoft Excel where minimal programming knowledge is required for non-technical team members. Developed Script for Automated Regression and Smoke Test for multiple FDA applications. Implemented Jenkins with existing automation framework in order to trigger the test on specified schedules as needed. Performed API/Web Services testing using Postman.
