   In this ever-evolving role, I identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. As a member of the Resource Management Team, I also deliver strategic oversight and direction across the Treasury hiring program, making recommendations on change procedures to ensure successful deliverables. I partner with key stakeholders to review project proposals, determine feasibility, and offer solutions for improvements. Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare accurate, timely reports for senior management and other key stakeholders. In addition, I mentor and motivate the project team (two persons), providing coaching and ongoing skill development across all levels of the organization. Successes/Contributions Oversee internal partner and contractor performance, ensuring deliverables are met per set requirements/specifications. Engage with Treasury’s Lead Financial Officer to monitor and resolve issues for agency expenses and third-party sourcing.
