Main areas of responsibility- To plan and deliver internal communications that guide, inform and support colleagues and team managers and help them do their jobs well, using feedback and data to keep improving our reach and impact- To create and support engagement activities that connect, motivate and excite colleagues, bringing Informa’s culture to life and helping make Global Support a great place to work- Support and input into the divisional HR calendar, which includes development and wellbeing initiatives, as well as bring company-wide campaigns to life within Global Support such as the company strategy, awards, diversity and inclusion and sustainability programmes- Lead on communications for any major projects that affect Global Support colleagues, acting as a trusted adviser to senior managers.
