I hold a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor, Canada, and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 9 years of international experience in project cost estimation, project controls, and financial reporting for large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, pipelines, offshore terminals, high-rise buildings, residential and commercial developments.I specialize in preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs, tracking actuals against estimates, and performing variance analysis using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Primavera P6. I am proficient in generating monthly reports, dashboards, S-curves, and earned value analysis (EV, AC, PV, CPI, SPI), ensuring accurate cost forecasting and informed decision-making.I have a deep understanding of WBS structures, project scheduling, cost tracking, and multidisciplinary coordination, enabling consistent reporting and efficient management of multiple concurrent high-value projects.
