ABOUT TAJNIN SULTANA
Currently I am working on Chromatographic separation and LC-MS-based analytical method development, utilizing HPLC, triple quadrupole and QTRAP mass spectrometry for the identification and characterization of oligonucleotides and peptide mapping via ddMS and DIA workflows. Additionally, proficient in LC-MS for small molecule identification and mass confirmation. Involved regular maintenance of XEvo G3, Orbitrap Exploris 480 and Sciex Zeno 7600 MS instruments.Over 5 years of hands-on experience in recombinant protein purification using bacterial systems, with proficiency in plasmid construct design, protein folding, dynamics, and interaction studies via spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques (CD, ITC, MST, HPLC, IEX, SEC).More than 4 years of immunology research experience, including leading an NIH-funded project at icddr,b in collaboration with the University of Chicago. Established macrophage and dendritic cell cultures from monocytes using GM-CSF and IL-4, performed T-helper cell phenotyping via multi-color flow cytometry, and contributed to a double-blinded clinical trial involving ELISA, Luminex multiplex assays, and cell-mediated killing assays.
