With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am a strategic leader who is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters talent, engagement, and excellence. I have a master\'s degree in human resources management and hold both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. I am currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Vicente LLP, a leading law firm that provides innovative and client-focused solutions.In my current role, I am responsible for strategically planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, programs, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the firm\'s mission and people strategy. I have successfully implemented change management initiatives, designed ERISA benefits plans, consulted with executive leaders on talent acquisition and succession plans, developed and monitored a diversity, equity, and inclusion program, and enhanced the employer branding and culture of the organization.
