Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the teller counter with all Non cash transactions like DD/MC, Fund Transfer and NEFT/RTGS. Also Responsible for Foreign Currency exchange Remittance.• Conducting Bank routine transactions within time limits and established guidelines Cash checks, accept deposits and Process of Withdrawal etc.• Having exposure in portfolio Management, customer Acquisition, Retention Deepening, HNI Client Relationship. Along with Liability Products(CASA,FDRD & CROSS SELL), and also Instant Credit Card and asset Products such as HL, PL, CC loan, GL, TW loan, LAP, OD, SME loan etc.• Branch operations and Audit Compliance• Resolutions of Customer queries, complaints & Ensure quality customer service is delivered with customer service to Ensure walk-in-customer issues.• Expertise in handling the various General Ledger(GL) of the Bank and also responsible for expenditure Management of the Branch.• Having good experience in Safe Deposit Locker & ATM Services(Cash Replenishment & Daily EOD) of the Branch.• Adherence of Compliance in Day-to-Day Operations of the Branch and also ascertaining that AML policies are in place while adhering to AML rules, regulations and Compliance.• Processing of customer instructions like Bank account Statement, change of address, updating of mobile number, PAN Updating, Nomination addition/deletion ETC. at the time of Account opening forms as per KYC before dispatching to WHOLESALE BANKING OPERATIONS follow up with WBO for activation of accounts within TAT and ensuring all customers are given Welcome Calling Post Activations.• Educating customers on special services offer via ATM, showing demo of mobile banking, internet banking and spot activation of the same with the help of phone banking kiosk mobilizing CASA from existing and New customer, Along with issuance of Cheque Books, Debit Card Pins, Account Opening Kits, Instant Debit Cards and tallying with Deliverable Management System(DMS) at the EOD.
