ABOUT TAJA NADEAU
I’m passionate about using the law as a tool for justice and accountability—particularly where power imbalances are most stark. I have experience supporting complex whistleblower, employment discrimination, and criminal sexual violence cases. As Lead Legal Assistant in a prominent Whistleblower/Qui Tam practice, I help bring cases forward that involve everything from healthcare fraud to securities violations. I’ve drafted submissions to agencies like the SEC, CFTC, and DOJ, supported attorneys through high-stakes mediations and depositions, and managed an extensive caseload. Within whistleblower law, I’ve developed a strong focus on cybersecurity and data privacy—areas where the stakes are high, the laws are evolving, and whistleblowers often serve as the first and only line of defense. I\'m especially interested in continuing to work at the forefront of these issues, where legal strategy, public interest, and tech accountability intersect.
