Plan, direct, Control and Evaluate the operations of Head office and Jammu branch office.• Manage the escalation level and client relationship in the professional manner. • Meet clients and provide them counseling for PR, Citizenship, Work-permit, Study Abroad, Parent Sponsorship, Temporary Residency and much more. • Provide regular update related to Visas, Immigration, Travel restrictions, guidelines etc. to Pan India. • Suggest new ways of work, strategy and time management for smooth operation. • Draft mailer and help team to give proper information to clients. • Train staff on new guidelines and different products for Immigration. • Interview candidates for the Process Department & Study Department. • Plan, Direct, Control and Evaluate the operations of Permanent residency and work permit division. • Coordinate with different partner University SPOC, Affiliate, Recruitment Partners, Study Partners and Agents. • SPOC of Study Division with different departments – Pan India PR Process, Sales and other division. • Review the latest trends, do market research for all Study Abroad Programs, Work permits, PR programs, Citizenship programs and Investment immigration programs. • Handle the Marketing Promotion such as Social Media, content and news. • Research all latest news for Study Abroad and update the same to Team & other team members. • Make a strategy for Study Division. • Maintain record of all Study Applications, Team Work Flow and productivity.
