Extracted over 4K RFPs from SAM.gov and 400 RFPs from Cal eProcure using Search API and web scraping tools (bs4, Selenium), eliminating human efforts in RFP collection.• Developed a semantic similarity matching algorithm to assess the compatibility of RFPs with Amplytics\' expertise, leveraging NLP with OpenAI\'s text embedding model and PINECONE (Vector DB). Created responses for matched RFPs using the Perplexity API.• Created a systematic RFP content analysis response generation system to align government needs with clients’ data and analytics, business advisory, and technology innovation services, improving response efficiency.• Launched an Azure API-based Power BI dashboard to keep stakeholders updated on the RFP application success rate and documentation and optimize documentation.
