As a Program Manager at Virgin Galactic, I developed and executed the company\'s early talent acquisition strategy, focusing on school partnerships, curriculum depth, and innovative recruiting approaches. I partnered with C-Suite executives to integrate recruitment strategies in line with Virgin Galactic’s overarching goals and growth plans.
