Developed new processes and tools to monitor the implementation phases of the Master Plan, aligning them with organizational strategies, operational impacts, and financial objectives.Key achievements:• 2025: Coordinated the airport planning functional program for the first development phase of the YUL’s 20-year Development Plan. The main responsibilities was to bridge the project team to internal and external stakeholders, including airlines and regulatory agencies, ensuring the alignment of the project development to the Master Plan.• 2024: Delivered a comprehensive 20-year Development Plan to support the Transport Canada Master Plan renewal for YUL under an accelerated schedule. This plan serves as the foundation for initiating the first phase of implementation in 2025.• 2023: Designed and secured approval for two innovative programs to expand and modernize baggage rooms. These initiatives introduced a collaborative and holistic approach to addressing operational challenges in baggage system expansion. Both programs were approved to start the project execution phase.
