Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Tairell( pronounced: Tay-Rell) Fulmore and I am the Men\'s Coach with Empress Evolve. Originally born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania I graduated from Morgan State University. After graduation, I returned home with my wife and family. On a personal note, I love sports and am a diehard Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Lebron James fan! After spending my career helping people advance their career paths and stabilize their lives, I came to work with Empress Evolve after receiving my own round of coaching through here! It changed my life and it created an itch in me that told me to change others lives in the same way.I am going to take a wild guess and say if you\'re here reading this bio, you are open to the idea of \"change\". I have been trained in the impacts of trauma and common responses to trauma. I help you to understand your cognitive distortions remove the defense mechanisms you may be carrying with you that hinder your ability for fast growth.
