Working within the Business Solutions Department at First Stop IT, my role is extremely varied. Day to day the role includes meeting with prospective and existing clients, review and analyse their current IT situation and their business requirements, in order to provide a combination of products and services which meet their needs.Demystifying IT for business owners and managers, explaining our solutions in terms the lay-man will understand and providing a business case for the solutions we recommend.Maintaining close relationships with Clients, Manufacturers and Service Providers in order to stay up to date with movements in what is a very fast moving industry. This allows us to give the best advice to clients wishing to know more about new, emerging technologies.Developing new business and retaining the current client base for First Stop IT by engaging is Sales, Marketing and account management activities.
