As Vice President and Treasurer at Capri Holdings Limited, I lead the global Treasury organization for one of the world\'s most recognized luxury fashion companies, driving financial strategy, liquidity, capital markets, and risk management across global markets. My work centers on building a resilient, future-ready Treasury that protects enterprise value, supports growth, and enables business agility in a constantly evolving environment. This has included leading treasury execution through the divestiture of Versace, one of the most complex treasury separations in recent luxury retail history. With 15+ years in global treasury and finance, I\'ve built a career grounded in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaborative execution. I partner with our CFO and executive leadership to strengthen our capital structure, optimize liquidity, and align financial performance with long-term goals, including presenting treasury strategy directly to our Board of Directors and Audit Committee. My experience spans capital markets, FX hedging and derivatives ($6B cross-currency swap portfolio), global cash management, banking infrastructure, and rating agency relationships (S&P, Moody\'s, Fitch). I\'ve led treasury workstreams through two major enterprise transactions and generated $893M in cumulative hedge cash premiums.
