ABOUT TAIANY BITTENCOURT
Hello and welcome! Let me introduce myself: I am a freelance UX Researcher and UX-UI Designer, based in France, with more than 10 years of experience. Mostly available for remote missions, I can eventually participate to meeting in Paris area. I am Brazilian and I have been living in France since 2008. Brazilian Portuguese is my mother tongue and I speak French fluently (I master French very close to a native level). My English level is intermediate B2+ and I am working hard to upgrade this level higher and higher. I also speak some Italian (maybe B1 level). By the way, I can conduct user research both in French and Portuguese. All my UXR experience is in French, I have not had the opportunity to conduct a study in PT-BR yet. Even if I have a B2 English level (with a C1 in oral comprehension), this is not enough to conduct user interviews in English. But I am able to present results of French or Portuguese studies in English. My main aim is to advice you and find the best solution for your needs and your budget. I can help you with- test your interface, gather user\'s insights / pain points, make recommandations to improve the interface after tests, apply the recommandations on the mock ups and preparing the deliverables for development - design/redesign your website, app or other digital product with a global vision: ergonomic + graphic + content by suggesting contents\' structural improvements I am a positive, empathic, outgoing, perseverant, pedagogy-minded and curious person. I work easily both alone and in a team. I love news things even the routine does not bother me because I am often looking for a new perspective on everything. I love learning new subjects and challenges excite me more than worry. I am rigorous on my work and demanding by myself.
