I joined Straight Smile (Byte) in June 2021 as Senior Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager, where I led quality system oversight and regulatory compliance for a rapidly scaling orthodontic aligner business. Following the acquisition and integration into Dentsply Sirona Orthodontics, I played a key role in harmonizing and integrating legacy quality systems to establish a unified Orthodontic Aligner Solutions (OAS) Quality System.In August 2022, I was appointed the Sr. Manager, Quality Systems, assuming expanded responsibility for enterprise quality system governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the OAS portfolio.
