Developed the company technology roadmap and supported the company to secure additional 20M Euro with the realistic timeline and reasonable business model and deliverables - Lead the team to develop and manufacture the brand-new aircraft (started with blank-sheet design) within 6 months and made the first flight within just 11 months (MTOW: 350kg)- The first eDrive product is developed in-house ans manufactured with high torque density within 4.5 months (15Nm/kg)- The first outdoor flight of technology demonstrator (MTOW: 85kg)- Developed test infrastructure from scratch to enable fail-fast mindset - Developed the System & Safety and HW & SW Teams from scratch to ensure aviation mindset- Representing company in different events such as exhibitions, fairs etc- Support investment activities, host future investors and explain the company technology roadmap- Definition of development and manufacturing processes of aircraft- Make - Buy decision - Supplier selection - Leading >50 engineers within 6 different teams- Ramping up the team size from 20s to 50s
