Planning Support:Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs, and use data-driven insights to inform recruitment, retention, and organizational planning strategies.Analyze employee survey data and other feedback sources to help improve engagement and retention strategies.Payroll Query Management:Address employee payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure clear communication of payroll policies.Assist with the management of vacation, overtime, and other compensation adjustments.
