During the summers of 20••••25, I worked 40 hours a week as a camp counselor for children aged 5 to 7. This role provided me with invaluable experience in serving as a positive role model and effectively communicating with young kids. I developed patience and learned how to earn respect in a lively, dynamic setting. My duties included checking children in and out, organizing arts and crafts activities, and overseeing both physical and digital games. These responsibilities significantly enhanced my skills in managing and engaging with groups of children.
