ABOUT TAHITI ANDERSON
I have 15 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry. I began my career working in the subprime industry where I built processes for Complaint Management and Vendor Management. This background led me to a local community bank with over $15 billion in assets where I gained experience in all facets of Risk Management. I started out as a Risk Management Assistant working with the Chief Risk Officer developing and designing the processes and procedures for Enterprise Risk Management and Model Risk Management. The success of those projects led me on a journey in Operational Risk Management. I was promoted to Platform Analyst and entrusted with the responsibility of building and managing the LogicManager Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. This experience gave me a broad understanding of both Enterprise and Operational Risk Management. From there I joined a risk management reg-tech company as an Implementation Specialist and was promoted to Product Business Analyst. I managed projects for clients ranging from $500 million to $320 billion in assets. From there I transitioned to community bank in May 2023 as a Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst and expanded my job function to also include Enterprise Risk Management, Model Risk Management, and the fintech space from a risk management perspective. Most recently I joined Thread Bank as VP Enterprise Risk Management Officer and I\'m also serving as the Model Risk Manager and LogicGate Implementation Manager.I enjoy managing projects, building and managing platforms, creating process improvements and efficiencies, writing policies and procedural documentation, creating training documentation and conducting in-person training, conducting user testing, and creating requirements for projects and new products. I thrive in roles that allow me to serve my team and continue performing those business processes that I enjoy.I attended Longwood University and earned a BS in Political Science, Pre-Law.
