Global Performance Data & Analytics Manager @McDonald's

I currently work within the Global Strategy Performance and Planning team at McDonald’s, working across their markets to utilise the company’s data to drive performance enhancements across the three pillars: Company, Restaurants and Consumers. Over the past year and a half, I have delivered:• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the entire leadership team. My role within this project has been to collaborate with stakeholders around the organisation to measure all objectives set at the start of the year, calling out any risks and identifying a plan to remedy them. We have also been producing actionable insights on all the Key Performance Indicators that relate to the technology used at McDonald\'s.• Intake Dashboard - I have been collaborating with key stakeholders over in Chicago to ensure that the organisation has a centralised intake form that captures requests for projects across the organisation. We have produced an interactive Power BI dashboard that displays this information, enabling the organisation to balance its short-term plans alongside its longer-term strategic goals. This in turn improves the quality of the outputs produced by various teams across the organisation.
