1) Recruiting for Desktop/Network technical roles across EMEA/APAC - providing recruitment support for internal customers, managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact, and sourcing to offer/ contract signing stage, with a focus on both candidate experience and customer needs.2) Recruiting the potential candidates globally using different channels like LinkedIn, Monster,indeed, Remote Hub, Hired China, and WeChat.3) Conducting their initial calls and screening through their social links or via Skype.4) Scheduling their technical interviews with the internal teams and with the customers.5) After successful interviews, complete their documentation and onboard them on the site.6) Client partnership and recruiting strategy building.7) Reporting: Weekly or bi-weekly Hiring status, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review, Market Research analysis.8) Headhunting and building Sourcing strategy for senior technical roles: Deskside Support L1/L2/L3, IT Support L1/L2/L3, Network Engineer, EUC L1/L2/L3, Network Administrator, System Engineer, etc. 9) Maintaining the Database of candidates for current and future openings.10) Experienced HR interviewer for non-tech and tech roles.11) Provides support to SDMs/SDEs to avoid escalations.12) Learning the new Tools and Software according to the requirement of the job and customer needs.
