Review and authorise invoices from third-party suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement of processes, supporting a culture of efficiency and belonging. Undertake general HR administration such as filing, archiving, and compliance record-keeping.Key achievements: Drafted 2 contracts within my first week of joining, demonstrating quick learning and rapid adaptability.In less than a week, I identified and corrected grammatical errors across multiple contract templates, streamlining language and enhancing professionalism to strengthen the company’s public image.
