WORK HISTORY
Senior Product Manager @Vidyard
Toronto, ON, CA
Senior Product Manager on Video Agent at Vidyard, building agentic video workflows for GTM teams. I own the product end-to-end, from strategy and customer discovery to execution, partnerships, and go-to-market. My focus is to make personalized video a default part of prospecting, follow-up, onboarding, renewals, and everything in between- Set product vision and shipped Vidyard’s MCP server + MCP experience, enabling MCP clients/LLMs to generate and orchestrate AI videos inside broader agentic workflows (including solving async-first workflows where most agents assume sync)- Led the Gong partnership end-to-end, from product vision and roadmap alignment through pilots and implementation, defining how Video Agent fits naturally into Gong’s ecosystem.Partnered with Partnerships + Sales to deliver a HubSpot INBOUND activation (product + integration + GTM flow), contributing to $2.2M+ pipeline- Built the integrations strategy: native integrations for highest-usage tools, plus Zapier & Tray to support long-tail and enterprise integration needs- Designed and shipped agentic experiences across human-in-the-loop and fully automated flows (triggers that generate AI avatar videos and deliver them based on events and rules)- 0→1’d AI video campaigns so GTM teams can run repeatable outbound and lifecycle motions powered by agentic workflows- 0→1’d leader analytics so Sales/Marketing/RevOps managers can track adoption, coach teams, and report ROI- Re-architected the bulk generation experience and onboarding, and partnered with Design/Eng to improve avatar voice quality for automated flows where humans can’t be in the loop- Ran deep qual + quant discovery (sales leaders, marketers, RevOps, reps) and led a redesign of product navigation and IA based on usage patterns.

ABOUT TAHER HAGHVERDI
Every human being is a problem solver. I just do it professionally—and get paid for it. I have principles that define my work style and have made me successful in my career:Focus on the problem: As natural problem solvers, we tend to talk in the language of solutions. Over the years, I\'ve built the muscle to look at matters through the lens of underlying problems. Solutions are essential but don\'t show you the path to value. Simplicity: Building simple solutions is much more complex than building a complicated one. Conveying a concept so simple that everyone can understand it is way harder than using bombastic language. I believe in sheer simplicity when it comes to design and communication. Doubt assumptions: Confidence is a great thing, especially when it comes to decision-making. But I\'ve seen more products fail due to overconfidence in our understanding of our customers than the lack of it. People are inherently complicated creatures, and I try to avoid assuming on my customers\' behalf and questioning everyone else\'s. Measure value: The real currency is value. Everything else is just a means to exchange and measure that value. In most human interactions, we unconsciously evaluate and balance the value we\'re giving and getting. I hate it when products talk about countless values and deliver a little. In all the stages, from identifying and prioritizing problems to selling our solution, I ask myself,\"What is the value for our users?\" Because I know that\'s the question they try to answer in the back of their head.Fail fast: No matter how much you focus on the problem and how much you doubt your assumptions, at the end of the day, you have to ship a solution with some assumptions, and most likely, you are going to fail. The best practice I\'ve found is to ship fast and continuously talk to your customers to learn from them. The quicker you fail and iterate, the faster you\'ll find success.I love meeting new people.
