ABOUT TAHER ADIL CHOWDHURY
I have 16 years of sustainability and environmental experience, including leadership, business development and program management. I have a proven track record of creating and growing projects with multicultural partners in the US, Sweden, China, India, and Bangladesh. I took ISC Bangladesh and the EHS+ Center from startup to scale. I leveraged $6MM-budgetted climate mitigation project to establish a Center able to train over managers per year to make factories cleaner and safer in Bangladesh. I closed 300+ impacted oilfield sites in the US through engineering management and implemented GHG reduction strategies for select sites. I advanced Social Responsibility in for- and non-profits with expertise in international development, climate change, water, green infrastructure, safety, and energy. I excel at building teams and motivating qualified professionals around a mission; I hired and managed teams of 20 (Bachelors to Ph.D.). I look forward to supporting new and exciting projects that build capacity of communities to usher change.
