A young, energetic and passionate FIX analyst with 3+ years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. I have worked as a Technical Analyst being a part of the APAC region global support team for Buyside clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any queries or issues promptly and effectively. Lastly, conduct thorough testing and validation of FIX connections to guarantee seamless and reliable trading operations.

Key Responsibilities include :• Assist approximately 10 clients per day with issues ranging from adding analytics and blotter buttons to EMSX (Electronic Trading Execution Management System) blotter, helping client with order execution - routing orders, customizing views, exporting data, becoming enabled for broker codes in EMSX or RFQ (request for quote) deal codes for ETFs and other equities, sending execution reports to order management systems (OMS), identifying trade errors by investigating FIX codes, setting up administrative trade teams for oversight and compliance, setting up automatic downloads of trade reports, and enabling Terminal users for EMSX, RFQE, or EMSX API in Excel• Map new users from client firms to respective FIX staging sessions and drop copy sessions for product and testing environments.• Helping clients with their IOI setup - IOI Acronym Setup, IOI Alerts and Notifications, Exporting IOI Data, IOI Modification and Cancellation, IOI Monitoring and Filtering• Collaborate with EMSX client support, product advocates, technology support (ETEC), product managers, and engineers internationally to investigate and resolve complicated client issues, identifying and addressing bugs, and proposing enhancements to optimize the overall client experience.• EMSX Specialist for EMSX/IOI Trade Desk, serving as primary point of contact for escalations and Tier 1 Indian clients; responsible for the training and development of new team members within client firms ranging from on site or virtual trainings.• Organized and led sales campaigns, focusing on product deployment and fostering strong client relationships; involved with Account Management in various projects and contributed to sales targets. • Demonstrated extensive proficiency of the Bloomberg Terminal and its trading solutions for cash equities and listed derivatives, FIX connectivity, indications of interest, trade adverts, trade automation, and pre/post-trade analytics.
