I have worked as a Customer service executive in BPO Industry for several years. My career took a turn and I got privilege to work as Developer in IT which involves working on regulatory reporting using Axiom SL tool that uses PL/SQL, SQL & Unix in the process. My past experience includes handling customers, cracking sales as well as leading teams.
