Project Management Duties- Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Development, Design, Construction, Civil) to track project updates and budget changes.- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in monthly executive project budget reports.- Managing communications with vendors and contractors during the preconstruction phase.- Coordinating updates and adjustments to budgets as design or scope evolves.- Overseeing feasibility analysis and project cost risk assessments.- Applying strong organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.- Supporting contract understanding, legal compliance, and procurement strategies.- Leveraging communication and negotiation skills to align teams and stakeholders.- Travelling as required to visit project sites or engage with partners.
