Lead the conceptualization, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of qualitative and quantitative research in Madagascar and Guinea on topics including COVID-19, health care service utilization, maternal child health, and zoonotic diseases. Provide technical assistance to agriculture organizations in Guatemala about qualitative evaluation (e.g, guiding the development, implementation of Most Significant Change, training non-research staff about developing and conducting qualitative research to improve programs). Co-teach graduate-level course on social and behavior change communication. Serve on center-wide Anti-Racist Action Group, which has included facilitating center-wide discussions, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and developing approaches to improving the overall work climate specific to race/ethnicity. Supervise and mentor junior research staff and graduate students.
