Alison is a career strategist and the Founder of The Finishing School, with over 10 years of experience helping women negotiate, self-advocate, and stop leaving money on the table.Her work centers on one simple truth: when women learn to articulate their value, they change their earning power—and their lives. Last year was the 10th anniversary of The Finishing School. To date, Alison has moved over $1.5 million dollars into the hands of women who were once undervalued and underpaid. She teaches the art of building, nurturing, and activating a network that opens doors—and keeps them open. Her workshops and 6-week semester accelerators help women level up now and in the future.It all started when Alison, then working at Inc. Magazine, realized that her smart, accomplished friends weren’t talking about negotiating.
