Production coordinator for the operations and planning team and digital content team for Discovery Eurosport. This included the coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea, Tennis Grand Slams (Wimbledon, Roland Garros)- Work closely with Director of Digital Content and manage the day-to-day production process of digital content and projects from concept to delivery- Working closely with Production Manager and Executive producer of Tennis Grand Slam production for Eurosport, managed all the logistics needs for the crews for 11 different markets- During the Winter Olympics, as a first point of contact, support 55 on-site digital crews from 9 different markets (UK, FRA, DE, NED, POL, NOR, SWE, FIN, SPA) operationally to deliver their daily assignment- Engage with talent and influencers, drafting contracts and staff scheduling, studio and interview bookings and daily operations to support video production- Hiring local Koreans, drafting short term freelance contract liaising with local recruiting agency and arrange H&S and training sessions before the games- Finding local suppliers and the merchandise or services needed to meet our production needs, involved in negotiation process and work out contract terms along with legal team- Planning and ensuring key milestones, deadlines and deliverables are clearly reported, communicated and on time and to budget- Liaison with finance and Accounts Payable regarding invoice coding and budgeting queries, raising departmental purchase orders, ensuring timely payment of suppliers (including complex international payments for local vendors) using SAP system.
