As part of the Talent Acquisition team, we play a key role in enabling this growth by building strong pipelines, partnering with leadership, and attracting top talent to one of the most impactful companies in the cybersecurity and networking space.Within this scope, I manage and mentor a team of 4 recruiters and lead full-cycle hiring for both local and global positions. In this role, I drive the strategic and operational elements of the recruiting function to support Cato’s continuous scale and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:*Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team of 4 members, ensuring alignment, performance, and professional growth.*Partner with leaders across the organization to shape, build, and execute hiring strategies that support business needs and drive ambitious talent goals.*Use data and analytics to guide recruitment decisions, optimize processes, and improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and pipeline conversion.*Utilized Bob for data management and information tracking.*Drive creative sourcing initiatives and employer branding efforts to expand pipelines and attract top talent.*Enhance recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability.*Ensure an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.*Guided candidates through employment terms and contract details during the offer stage.
