Taek Lee is the Chief Financial Officer at Gallup and currently serves as interim Chief Technology Officer.As CFO, he leads Gallup’s global financial strategy, positioning finance as a driver of growth, capital discipline, and enterprise value. He oversees corporate financial governance and analytics, enabling faster decision-making and more precise capital allocation across the business. His work focuses on linking financial discipline directly to strategy execution and long-term growth.As interim CTO, Taek is leading Gallup’s transition into an AI-powered organization, integrating product innovation, advisory expertise, and research. He is advancing innovation at the intersection of research and technology, building capabilities that expand how organizations, societies, and leaders measure and improve human potential, performance, and well-being while increasing the speed, scale, and efficiency of data-driven insights.Since joining Gallup in 2011, Taek has held leadership roles across finance, consulting, and regional operations. He has led Gallup’s business in Asia-Pacific, overseen its advisory work across the central United States, Latin America, and licensing, and built its consulting presence in Southeast Asia. He has advised senior executives across industries, helping translate research into measurable performance outcomes.Taek is a member of the CFO Coalition Leadership Group for the United Nations Global Compact, supporting initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. He serves on the boards of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Reading Is Fundamental, and Silent Partners, and is a trustee of Eastern University.He holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Eastern University.
