I am an idea-driven biophysicist who loves bridging science, engineering, and clinical realities to turn ideas into products that help people. Over 15 years across in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and biophysics, I have led new product concepts, advanced 15+ clinical-chemistry assays from Research to Product Development, and translated user needs and analytical targets into design inputs and engineering constraints. I also partnered with clinicians to shape requirements and evidence plans for real users.My sweet spot is portfolio & platform thinking: defining targets, de-risking unknowns, sequencing work across teams, and mentoring scientists and engineers so the right problems get solved at the right time. Training in chemical biology and single-molecule biophysics gave me an analytical mindset and perseverance; industry IVD work added systems thinking, risk-by-design, design inputs, and stage-gates. I’m a team-first mentor who enjoys helping people connect dots: both human and scientific.I measure success by how much others are helped, not just by financial outcomes.
